1. HOMEGOINGHQ’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and all of its contents — including software, source code, design, layout, “look and feel,” text, graphics, illustrations, templates (including letter and document templates), roadmaps and task content, the “HomegoingHQ” name and logo, and other marks — are owned by HomegoingHQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other laws. Except for the limited license in the Terms of Service, no rights are granted to you.

2. LIMITED LICENSE TO USERS

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use of the services (or, for providers/partners, as expressly permitted by your agreement). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Platform or its content except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.

3. TRADEMARKS

“HomegoingHQ,” the HomegoingHQ logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of HomegoingHQ. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to accurately identify HomegoingHQ in a permissible manner. Co-brand and white-label partners may use HomegoingHQ marks only as expressly authorized in their White-Label Partner Agreement (for example, “Aftercare provided by [Partner Name], with HomegoingHQ”). Third-party marks are the property of their owners.

4. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of your User Content and grant HomegoingHQ the license described in the Terms of Service to host, display, and process it to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your User Content. See the Terms of Service (User Content) and the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

5. DESIGNER AND PROVIDER CONTENT

Ownership and licensing of designs, templates, and other materials created by designers or providers are governed by the Designer Agreement and Marketplace Provider Agreement. Unless those agreements provide otherwise, designers/providers represent they own or have rights to the materials they submit and that such materials do not infringe third-party rights.

6. FEEDBACK

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant HomegoingHQ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Content generated with AI assistance may have uncertain or limited intellectual-property protection, and AI output may resemble other works. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output you use and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
